These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Charcoal Chick'N website and your purchase of food and beverages from our food trailer ("we," "us," or "our"), located in Denver, Colorado. By visiting our trailer, using our website, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

Orders and payment

• We currently serve walk-up customers at the trailer. Menu items and prices are shown on this site and at the trailer and may change without notice.
• Card payments are processed by our payment provider, Stripe. By paying, you authorize the charge for your order total, including applicable tax and any tip you choose.
• We make reasonable efforts to keep menu, pricing, and availability accurate, but items may sell out or vary. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will not charge you or will refund the affected amount.

SMS / text messaging

• If you opt in by checking the SMS consent box and providing your mobile number, you agree to receive customer-service and transactional text messages from Charcoal Chick'N, including order and pickup updates.
• Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.
• Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase — you can order and pay without opting in.
• How we handle the mobile information you provide is described in our Privacy Policy.

Refunds and cancellations

Because we serve freshly prepared food, orders generally cannot be cancelled once preparation has begun. If there is a problem with your order, let our staff know at the trailer right away, or contact us, and we will make it right — typically by remaking the item or issuing a refund at our discretion.

Food, allergens, and health

• Our food is prepared in a shared kitchen and may contain or come into contact with common allergens (including dairy, eggs, wheat/gluten, soy, and others). We cannot guarantee any item is free of a given allergen.
• If you have a food allergy or dietary restriction, please tell our staff before ordering. You are responsible for determining whether an item is suitable for you.
• Menu descriptions and images are for general reference and may differ from the item served.

Acceptable use of the website

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and not to disrupt, damage, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site or its systems. We may suspend or limit access if we reasonably believe the site is being misused.

Intellectual property

The Charcoal Chick'N name, logo, menu content, and website materials are our property or used with permission, and are protected by applicable laws. You may not copy or use them without our written permission.
